The magazine reports that "according to an insider, 'he was riding his bike the wrong way and didn’t have ID on him.'”
That's it? Aw, come on!

The magazine also gives two eyewitness reports, one of which says that Baldwin "went ballistic on the cops, screaming at them" and another that says he got in the car peacefully when it was all over.
Compared to some of the other trouble the actor has found himself in, this is pretty tame. Fight the power, Alec!
