This copy of the flyer was shared with BuzzFeed News by a man who asked not to be named. He had kept it in his wallet — where it became creased and soiled — since receiving it in late September.
This isn't necessarily the only document residents of The Ivy received, though none approached by BuzzFeed News last week had any others immediately available.
