Taylor Swift appeared on Australian radio show Jules, Merrick & Sophie this morning, and spoke out against criticism of her music's subject matter.

When host Sophie Monk asked what Taylor thought of comments on the fact she writes about her relationships, she explained she has always written about her life and doesn't intend to change that.

"The most important thing for me is maintaining artistic integrity, which means as a songwriter I still continue to write about my life," Taylor said.
