The creator says he made the video to see if he was crazy, or if all country music sounded the same. Turns out, he wasn’t crazy.
Aspiring songwriter Gregory Todd put together six of the most popular country songs from the past four years, and the resulting mashup shows how insanely similar the six songs are.

Gregory also said on YouTube that the video is all in good fun. "I am not bashing these songs. I understand and even appreciate why the 'formula' continues to dominate the airwaves- not only in country music, but pop and other genres as well."
