While they've now co-hosted The Golden Globes twice, it's been an astonishing six years since Tina Fey and Amy Poehler co-starred in the smash hit Baby Mama. But the duo is set to reunite for another cinematic adventure: Universal has confirmed to BuzzFeed that Poehler is in final negotiations to star opposite Fey in The Nest.

Written by Paula Pell, who worked with both Fey and Poehler on Saturday Night Live, The Nest focuses on two thirty-something sisters who come home to find their parents' house has been put up for sale. So they spend a last wild weekend together — bonding, feuding, and finally growing up.

In addition to starring, Fey will produce The Nest through her Little Stranger, Inc. banner alongside Jay Roach and his Everyman Pictures. Poehler is also set to have multiple responsibilities on the film, executive producing The Nest, which will be directed by Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect).

Poehler can currently be seen on NBC's Parks and Recreation and she produces Comedy Central's Broad City. Fey will executive produce two new shows debuting this fall: NBC's Tooken, starring Ellie Kemper, and Fox's Cabot College. Fey will also co-star with Jason Bateman in This is Where I Leave You for Warner Bros. this September.
