Ariel got the surprise of her life when she received a special recorded message from Olaf himself! Gad came across a video that Ariel's mom, Amy, posted to her YouTube channel of the mother-daughter duo spending the day dressed up as Elsa, which they decided to do when Ariel's mom and dad realized they wouldn't be able to take her to Disneyland. So Amy decided to spend the day with Ariel playing dress up.

Working with Josh Gad's team was a dream! They were so kind and sweet and always kept us up to date. It is so refreshing to see someone of his stature take the time to reach out to our daughter and touch her heart. He was so busy in the media that week we were stunned he made the time to do this and cannot thank him enough. He is proof that humility and kindness can touch others even in Hollywood [...] The moment was so special it brought us to tears and we love seeing others appreciate the truly sweet moment caught on camera.
