Are there more secrets to emerge in Westeros?
Spoilers: This is only a theory, so there is no guarantee that this is correct. It also only includes information up to the end of the TV series, though some information used is only present in the books.
One of the most popular theories about Game of Thrones concerns exactly who who Jon Snow's father is, a theory commonly known as R + L = J.
The theory runs that he is in fact half Targaryen and half Stark, which would have interesting ramifications for the series.

Any revelation that a character has Targaryen blood would drastically change what's happening in Westeros.
This is primarily because dragons.
Though also because the Targaryens are the historical rulers over Westeros.
