Android, Blackberry, and Windows phones can now get you a discounted iPhone.

Starting today, Apple is extending its trade-in program to include handsets from other manufacturers, as previously reported by BuzzFeed News.
The program started in 2013 as a recycling program for iPhones, and has expanded to include non-Apple brand smartphones in an effort to incentivize non-iPhone users to make the switch to Apple.
As with its previous recycling program, users must send the device to Apple, where the company will evaluate it's value and apply it an Apple Store Gift Card. If a device does not meet standards, Apple will recycle it at no cost to the user. Currently, it is unclear what criteria will be used to evaluate how much store credit a non-Apple handset will receive.
Apple will not offer smartphone trade-in credit towards the purchase of an Apple Watch.
